Room inc bathroom clean and tidy. Reception staff very helpful.

Mug in bedroom cracked so couldn't use 2 mugs at the same time when we had a drink. Plughole in sink didn't work properly. Iron in bedroom not working. Hairdryer cut out half way thru drying hair?!

STAYED IN THE NEW PART OF THE HOTEL FACING CAR PARK AND MAIN ROAD,THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND OF A GOOD STANDARD, AND DIDNT SUFFER FROM MUCH NOISE.

ON WALKING INTO THE RESTAURANT YOU ARE GREETED BY A DIRTY BROWN CARPET THIS DOES NOT PUT YOU IN THE RIGHT FRAME OF MIND FOR AN ENJOYABLE MEAL,AS IT WAS THE FOOD WAS FAIRLY GOOD BUT NOT UP TO THE STANDARDS OF MY LOCAL QUALITY HOTEL.

this hotel is not close to chester or cheshire oaks.... please bear in mind the taxi fares to and from before booking this hotel (2624603)

our original room was poor. with cracked sink and noisy extractor fan and beds that had seen better days. we complained and were moved to a much better room.
