Clean room which was well maintained. I found the staff to be very helpful and pleasant and I was kindly upgraded to a double room at no extra charge.

most of what i thought is above over the out side needs tidying up, but had we known about the stairs i dont think my sister would have come.. over all it is a nice hotel and we would and will recommed it I KNOW YOU SHOW THE STAIRS ON THE NET BUT PLEASE IMFORM FUTURE GUESTS (3304237301)

the rooms were fair clean, the staff were always very helpful and were always in attendance. over-all hotel good

my sisters mrs fowler walks with a stick, and found the stairs very tiring. i did e-mail your reception to inquire about stairs(3) times but got no reply. now any faults we founds==ok, water taps loose plugs not fixed to basin in no5 you need toput fresh(sealant) round the shower and most off all(for me at least) a small selection of tea bags. only 2 would do. tetley is a good brand

The Hotel is indeed close to the town and within walking distance to the 'East Charters' bar and restaurant, excellent real ale and eastern cuisine! On site parking is good. Breakfast was very good and again in a very light and pleasant dining room. (2490420)

Good, comfortable bed. Large window giving plenty of light. Very pleasantly greeted.

Shower was a little weedy.
