Very warm and kind reception from the manager. Very helpful in giving information and tipps. No timeconsuming registration processes. The room itself was nicely decorated and well equipped with nice furniture and toiletry articles, TV and wireless net access. Very clean. And of course a very gut price. Very good situated in Surbiton and close to the local train station. Easy access to the Waterloo station in London (20min). Helpful staff and very discreet.

my wife and i was very pleased with this hotel, the standard of our room was execellent, the bathroom was spotless which is very unusal even in larger hotels. our room faced a busy main road but with the double-glazed windows shut there was very little traffic noise. the staff was very friendly and informative, and if you needed anything you only had to ask and it was there. if we stayed in this area again we would definitly chose this hotel again. highly recommended. This was a very conveniently placed hotel - it was within walking distance of the station. The room was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was very good - very generous portions. I also liked the fact that downstairs there was a room where you could make tea and coffee whenever you wanted to. The room was at the back of the hotel and it took a while to get used to the traffic noise as Surbiton is a busy place but there was no noise at all from other guests. (2329815)
