Single occupancy, 4 beds in 1 room like salvation army. Unable to have an evening meal on first night as I hadnt booked it in the morning. I arrived late afternoon!!

Everthing was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good parking facilities

Perhaps the decor in the communal areas could do with a freshen up. The veggie breakfast was just the normal breakfast with the sausage and bacon absent. Perhaps you could offer veggie sausages etc. No hot chocolate sachets in room.

It was fine

i wasn't keen on the shower. i'm used to a power shower at home and found it a bit awkward getting in and out as well.

large four poster bed room was freezing on arrival.

The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. I had left some jackets behind in the wardrobe which were returned to me immediately on my return home. Fantastic service. (99132798)

The rooms were a decentsize and he beds comfortable. We had a four poster bed in 1 room and a second room with a double and 3 single for 4 boys. There was plenty of room for everyone.

The heating was a bit too high considering the lovely weather we had that weekend.

last check-in was a t 11pm, this was NOT communcated well on the website or the conformation documents at all; this was embarassing as I arrived at 11:45 PM; could have been really bad if the staff had gone to bed already!
