location was what we were looking for however dissappointed in the amount of noise levels

very noisey room, outside traffic was very disturbing...we even changed rooms to an apparently quieter room which was clearly not. upon check-in we were advised of a 'good night policy refund' which we were not offered on early departure, as we decided to travel to our next location which was 4 hours away...

I noticed professionalism and friendliness of staff that I was pleasantly surprised with. It made a big difference to be greeted with a helpful smile and to be asked if there was anything else that they could do for me.

I was particularly pleased with the hotel policy for situating single female guests away from the ground floor etc. Reception staff were extremely polite and friendly without 'overdoing it'!

When we arrived (11am ish), the reservation we had made was not honoured - we had booked 2 rooms and only one was registered. The rooms were not ready so we had to return our bags to the car. We asked to go to the restaurant/bar but were told it didn't open until 6pm!! On our return to the hotel at 11:30pm, there was a powercut and so we had no ammenities such as lights, TV, tea making facilities, key card for the room!! (99562391)

Clean, comfortable also lift available. Handy for people unable to negotiate stairs.

The hotel was easy to find ,good parking with generous sized parking bays. The receptionist was very informative and helpful. The room was a good size ,very clean with all the facilities required ie; En-suite bathroom,Television,hairdryer, Tea & coffee.The lift was very quiet and the whole hotel was the same.All in all a very good stay for us both and we awoke feeling relaxed and refreshed. Will recommend this hotel to anyone. (99642921)

Room was very cold when we first entered and took some time to warm up.

I have stayed in many hotels over the years on business, both here and abroad. It was refreshing to find a budget class accommodation that was exactly as specified, with no hidden surprises. I was pleasantly surprised to find an excellent standard of bath/shower installation. Even our american cousins I am sure, could not fault it. Your staff did an excellent job of multitasking between reception desk and maintaining the breakfast supplies (3304215083)

It was clean,well prepared and matched our pre-selected requirements. There were no unexpected surprises (which are never shown on web sites) such as noisy plumbing, nearby traffic, or the wedding party celebrating 'till late, in a nearby room.

It took a while to figure out how the room heater worked. Whilst the staff were quite willing to come and help, we figured out the problem before they were needed. The main fused switch under the heater was mounted upside down and was 'off' in the conventionally 'on' position. We found the lower bed sheet to be a bit 'unusual'. Perhaps it was of a new, disposable' kind we had not encountered before. This was an observation, not a problem.

The food and service was excellent my hat goes off to the chef. A+ (3304218911)
