The staff were wonderful. So pleasant and helpful. Beds were clean and comfortable. Breakfast good.

The room was jaded and tired - also very small. En-suite needed upgrading. Work was being done to other rooms and there was a lot of noise and dust with tile cutting. Hopefully all the rooms will be upgraded in time.

Excellent location on a quiet canal within 5 minutes walk of Central Station. Free wi-fi access in the room with a good signal.

The single room was extremely small, with a fairly primitive shower (no bathtub).
