It is loosly called a hotel, receptionist was helpful

More like a hostel, very poor shower facility in room, poor bar / dining area, not offered to dine in, encouraged to eat out

Comfortable room with adequate en-suite facillities. Breakfast, both service and content, were excellent. An evening meal could be provided but recommendations for alternatives in the city were given.

I heartily recommend the hotel to anyone. It is clean and comfortable, the owners are friendly and couldn't have been more helpful and the breakfast was the best I have eaten in a hotel in England. It's only 10 minutes walk from the city centre and there are plenty of eateries near to it. I will definitely go back to stay next time I am in Gloucester

Hotel was convenient, pleasant and comfortable, the staff were helpful and there was plenty of room for parking. Breakfast lacked variety regarding cereals and and the dining area was cramped. Overall good value for money.

Friendly staff - off road parking. Within easy walking distance of centre of Gloucester.

Very poor tv in room. Trivial, but far too many cushions - they seemed to multiply during the nights. Have an entrance sign at the back to show which of the several doors was the entrance.
