Room not cleaned very well a fair amount of dust lying in places. Carpet not hoovered very well, and paint peeling off the ceiling in bathroom.

Great value for money. Dinners and breakfasts included was main reason for booking this hotel. Unfortunately, position of hotel means a great deal of noise when pubs and clubs spill out. 4am in morning a lot of noise. Staff were brilliant and very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Cleaners may need to check telephones in bedrooms are connected as we experienced difficulty with our phone. When we reported it the receptionist explained that guests unplug to use computers and do not reconnect properly??? My elderly mother who was in another room could not contact us and became very distressed. We also missed alarm call. (3304248513)

Tucked down the side of a shopping centre, looks like a mid-sixties concrete block. Check-in was quick and efficient. Booked room-only rate so didn't use the restaurant but breakfast prices seemed quite high (£9.95 for continental). Reasonable accommodation for overnight stay and room rate quite low - probably the reason for the hen parties staying there which resulted in some noise early in the morning (stay was a Saturday night).
