Considering the vast cross section of the guests staying at the Hotel, workmen, holidaymakers and casual overnight guests the hotel catered for all of them. Some individuals were not considerate of the rest of the guests, by being loud and slamming doors for an hour or so, but this is problem in society in general and not the Hotel's problem. The staff were extremely friendly and as I will have cause to stay in Wolverhampton or around the area on a number of occassions in the next 4 or 5 years I would differently try the hotel again to then visit see if my first experience was a just a one off bad experience.

General well maintained premises. Plenty of space in the room and well furnished. Plenty of selection at breakfast and ample food available. Plenty of parking.

The room was in need of redecorating, but this was mostly small area's i.e. the window frames and some wall paper peeling of the around the windows. The bathroom looked old and tired, several of the floor tiles were cracked. One of the windows did not lock shut although the weather was reasonable during our stay it may have been different if it was a heavy gale or snowing. The Radiator was not working, but the extra blanket took care of that matter. The Staff were a little slow in serving the tea and coffee at Breakfast and when the coffee did arrive it was so week that the milk added more colour to it!

We thought breakfast was available from 7am on Sunday as the website said it was, we had to have an early breakfast delivered to the room for our daughter as she had to be at a swimming competition for 7.30am.

The staff, the service was really good, the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The leisure facilities were good, although the steam room wasn't working and i thought it could have opened later in the evening, as it closed and 7pm.

The food and drinks were a bit pricey, and the bath enamel was coming off, i would not have enjoyed soaking in the bath. The changing room in the leisure centre needed refurbishing. The z-bed was not very comfortable and quite noisy when our daughter moved about on it

The fact there were no tea bags available in the room.

My only issue with the hotel was breakfast not starting until 7.00am - as a business traveller I need to be on the road at 7

Traditional solid decor. rooms seperate from hotel so [peaceful.

I don't like the fact that I can't book in person at the same rates as online

I have stayed at the Quality Inn, Wolverhampton before. I knew what to expect. It is a clean, comfortable, businesslike hotel with no frills. It does what is says on the tin. I arrive late and leave early so all I really want is to get into my room quickly, have a meal from room service, sleep, have a good breakfast and be on my way. The Hotel did not disappoint!

The restaurant area must have been refurbished as it was bright and airy. Breakfast was also great.

Our room seemed as though it needed some updating estpecially the bathroom. Awful peach colour, shower a bit tired, toilet flush sluggish.

The things we found to our disatisfaction would not be things you would consider asking when booking.

Plenty of character of Hotel Near to Molineux

Floors too creaky. Bit too warm, need fans in rooms, or air cond.
We were in room 74. One thing we overlooked was the amount of of wallies that go to breakfast first thing. Hence, there was constant
door closing and I think one of the fire doors slamming shut. We didn't have a very nice wake up with these doors banging from 7-9am.
WE normally stay at Travel lodges/Inns, Holiday Inn Express, which are far more sound proof. With the rooms being so warm, you had to keep windows open. But, the hotel is on a main road, so even though it was a nice Hotel, it's design is old and therefore needs some updating or picking up and moving to a more rural area.
