The hotel is very central to all areas od Burnley. The bedding and towels where very clean. The staff where very friendly.

Attention is required in the bedrooms to bring them up to the standard of the public rooms. (99510333)

The staff were very polite and the food was of a good quality. The public rooms were decorated to a reasonable standard but not of a three star standard.

Lack of a lift for people with disabilites. Our bedroom was very tired and needed decorating, lights had lamps missing and the wardrobe was dusty and left a lot to be desired. The bathroom required decorating.The overall lighting of the bedroom and bathroom was poor.

The hotel is centrally located and has a certain charm. Rooms were clean and utilities in good working order.

In-room tv's are tiny. Certain areas of the hotel had a slight odour of dampness.

I would have liked to have known that there was no restaurant/room service facilities available on Sunday evenings. After a 10 hour journey it was disappointing to have to get a take-away! Concise directions from the main line station would have been useful. (99248912)

The decor is in urgent need of attention. The hotel needs a complete refurbishment if it is to attract business customers.
