We have stayed at hotel for about five years as over night guests before returning to Toronto. We love London & can't seem to get enough. We find the location of hotel very convenient for shopping & exploring. A few years ago stayed for weekend with family who flew in from Toronto for a surprise bithday. Each time we have always found the staff to be more than helpful plus the rooms to be clean & comfortable. (3304261603)

Small and very tired rooms, with old fasined fittings and stained furnishings, however the general cleanliness of bathroom, carpets etc . . was actually very good. Location is excellent. (3304285785)

The hotel is in a great location on Sloane Street a short walk from Harrods and Kings Road. It also very convenient for the tube.

I asked for a no-smoking room and was put in a smoking room. The Curtains were falling off the curtain rails and were very badly stained.

The hotel was OK, and good value for the centre of London. Great location. The room was small, and cold, but the decor was nice and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom small and looking a little tired, but clean. Bath water was not hot enough. Lift service was down to only one working, so a long wait every time. Staff were friendly and welcoming. For anyone wanting a great location to the subways, a couple blocks from Harrods to Gucci next door, this would be your hotel of choice. The concierge department was top-notch in setting us up with the best tour lines to take, to the hidden best pub we could walk to. We would suggest this hotel to anyone, and will forsure stay here again when we get back to London. (2496245)

Enjoyed our stay, nice coffe lounge/bar for pre-dinner drinks and good bar area for night-cap, although quite expensive. Room was nice and clean and bright with a fabulous view from 11th floor. Was a little disappointed by the smell of stale cigarettes but as we had not specifically requested a non-smoking room this was not the hotel's fault. Made most welcome at check-in. (2228599)

Breakfast was very poor standard, small buffet or choice of hot food, but very small portions and at £18 per person, expected more than half a tomato and a small heap of the most disgusting scrambled egg! Heavy doors in other rooms meant that we were woken up by loud bangs every ten minutes from 7.45 on, which was not too pleasant.
