The Ship Hotel

I like the location and closeness to other amenities in Shepperton.....the check out time was a little early for me personally, but thats just me. Mini bar would have been nice too. (97199741)

Very friendly staff although not enough of them - I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come to reception when checking in & out. The room & bathroom were tiny. Although this was a double room it was just as well there was only me staying as you wouldn't have fitted another person in there!! Nice to find a bottle of mineral water in the room as well as the usual tea & coffee. Breakfast was ok but a little overpriced - there wasn't much of the cooked breakfast! (99902473)

Very small room with no view. There was no heating in the room the following morning.

Its a long way to walk from the car park to the hotel with a suitcase thats heavy! The room itself was not badly appointed but the tremendous heat with no air conditioning took any pleasure away. Reception area not particularly welcoming but staff polite and helpful. (3304944900)

Refreshment facitlites included an orange which was nice

Room was suffocatingly hot. Even the cold water was hot. Bath stained and when showering conscious of the fact that window was overlooked. Had to have windows open because of heat and conse wquently noise level high and early.

Maybe better directions to the hotel as we got a bit lost. ALso previous knowledge that there were two functions on at the hotel so we couldn't have dinner there would have been helpful (2334364)

The breakfast was fantastic and the area - Shepperton was really lovely. The setting on the river was nice.
