Convenient central location.

Found the room rather drab considering the hotel is a four star. Resented having to pay extra to park my car in the hotel car park.

When I arrived at the hotel they had me booked in for July and not as I requested, and had confirmed, on line...! However, the reception staff were great and had no trouble getting me in for the time I required. (99234692)

Clean and tidy

Restaurant staff were curtious, however, it seemed to be forced politeness and not a friendly politeness.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly located for shops, sites and road`network. (99430714)

No pool or anything rooms were dark lights werent that good. Got room service it took over 2hours for a sandwich and i never got a sorry, discount ect i work in a hotel myself i know they should of phoned me and told me about the wait but i had to phone up several times so i wouldnt get room service again

The room was very well equipped

There was quite a lot of noise from parties being held on the ground floor

Again easy to find in Plymouth and we will come back to stay while we buy gifts for Christmas. Good and easy to check in, very friendly staff. Over all it was a surprise to us as we have never stayed in Plymouth before. But we have come to Plymouth to shop and as i have a mobility problem will check into a hotel more often. my partner and myself have stayed in both the copthorne and another very well known plymouth hotel and i can say that the copthorne is far better value for money, the staff are very professional, polite and curteous. the accomadation was of excellant standard and the overall experience was fantastic. i would not hesitate to recommend the hotel and active hotel .com

Everything about the hotel was first class except for the fact that they had double booked the room i had asked for,although the room i was given wasnt what i had wanted it was nice too. (2937377)
