It is probably my own fault for not having read the details carefully..but in my (limited) experience of staying in hotels breakfast is usually included in the price so I was surprised when it was not. Otherwise everything was fine. (99544337)

Well maintained, accessible, decent food,...all facilities were fine

Coffee at breakfast wasn't particularly warm nor tasty.

The staff were really nice and helpful; they let us book in early and lent us a map and telephone book for Middlesbrough. The bar and restaraunt were nicely appointed with shining white tablecloths. Restaurant and bar service was great. All staff had a really nice manner. (3304373090)

We were visiting the Dorman Museum and the hotel was acceptably close plus there was adequate parking. We enjoyed dinner and the service overall was good
