Bright, clean and airy feel to the hotel. Good facilities offered.

Did not have a breakfast room service card in room - even though breakfast included in price. Did not want to use bar / restaurant area on my own - not very cosy and no reading material.

ordered room service was promised in 15-20 mins it took 45 mins, when it arrived the food was of a very low quality, the open chicken sandwich bread was soggy and the chicken was burnt black, salmon bagel was extremly stale and too tough to eat. as we were on a tight schedule we were unable to complain at the time, when we mentioned it on checkout the receptionist simply said she would make a note of it, this will definatly affect my descision to say in another holiday inn

I would have liked to know that my room was umongst party going guests and would have like to be in a more quiet area, maybe amongst other business travellers, as it is NOT the hotels fault, but truely disruptive if people wake you at night with their laod party mood and noise and door banging. the shower was poor

The food was excelant and the restaurant staff were particularly helpfull and nothing was too much trouble, well done. On the whole the reception staff were were very good although there were a couple of times I had wait a while to be seen. I would have liked to have been informed of the location of the room as it turned out mine was on the top floor, and having difficulty walking, It was not easy. Also I requested a cup of coffee at the bar just after 11 pm to be told I would have to go to reception and get authority from there.. and on doing so found the receptionist was not at all happy. Generally the hotel can't be faulted.Clean & comfortable room.Great pool.However,I was disappointed with the shower,especially as it was such a hot weekend.Also,my daughter & I sat down to eat in the restaurant at 9:10 pm.Although the waitress was very friendly & helpful we weren't informed of buffet clearance times.I didn't eat a complete meal.My daughter was eating from the kids menu so I waited until she was served before I used the buffet.Mistake!Plus my daughter ordered a banana split....she got a very ripe banana split in 2 with a scoop of ice cream on it.Very literal. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and designated non-smoking.

Although ckeck in was very slow, check out was swift. room nice and clean, bar staff friendly. Bar meal was a bit cold by the time we got it. We took our swim gear but the pool was small so we didn`t bother. We had family meet us in the bar and had a pleasant evening, I wish all public places banned smoking though. It spoiled our meal a bit even though we were in a non smoking area. I would stay there again. (2220513)

I wish that i would have remembered my swimming costume and there was no-where close by that sold them apart from the leisure centre but they only sticked size 10 and 8!! The hotel looked nice on te inside and oput and the wondows blocked the sound of the cars very well! There was a good selection on TV channels and my only complaint was the receptionist! (1595402)

I thought the room was very spacious and the whole hotel was well presented. The bed was comfy too.

I didnt like how grumpy the receptionist was. She took ages to book us in and kept making mistakes. She didnt have a training badge on.
