My mother and I had a short but very pleasant stay in Sunbeam B@B. The staff were great,very helpfull and friendly. We enjoyed our stay very much and would defintely stay there again should we be in Derry . (107585627)

Friendly landlady - good lighting

Very friendly staff, good breakfast, nice room with iron, hairdryer etc. Arrived late at night wich we thought may have been a problem, however, the excellent, friendly staff made an out of hours check in easy and gave great directions as to how to get to hotel. Thanks for everything! (97201984)

Before going on this weekend I had accesed most of the things that I needed to know from the internet, at the B&B there was further information to me in the way of leaflets at the reception and plenty of information from the staff at the hotel. I fel that the hoel catered for all of my needs whilst I stayed ther and nothing seemed to be any trouble for the staff. (99258347)

We liked the owner of the B&B who we found helpful and delightful.

The room was in an attic and so small, we could barely get in and out of the bathroom. The bed was almost as large as the room. Also, our bath towels had holes in them and were not fit for guests.

Located very close to the city walls of Londonderry, Sumbeam House B&B is a great place to start from for exploring the town. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms was excellent. (99877418)

Generally we had a most enjoyable stay. The accommodation was strategically placed very close to the centre of Derry and therefore excellent for sightseeing and transport. We enjoyed the 'craic' at breakfast and met some very interesting people, including the staff who could not do enough for us. bathroom so small elbows touched the walls when on the toilet, shower was far too small to shower in properly. This was the smallest bathroom/toilet we have ever seen in a lot of travelling. Was insufficient room to be able to dry off (had to go into the bedroom). Parking was just about non-existant and difficult to find.
