Bed was too small; central heating pipes ran through the floor which made the room too warm in general. Had to sleep with an open window.

Only the chaotic breakfast arrangements, bit of a free for all really, no greeter to place you at a table, 3 people sitting at an 8 seater table, my 7 guests spread all over the place!!

Rooms bit on the basic side and in need of a refurbishment. Shower leaked water into the bathroom.
