Breakfast was very good and staff were polite and helpful at all times.

Stained walls and dull lighting in room. Dated decor throughout.

Check in was quick and the front desk staff were very helpful. Catering staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. (99869409)

Sounds from the adjoining room were easily heard and were intrusive, particularly in the quiet of the night.

Services and facilities were that of a professional, well run and well maintained hotel.

When travelling for business, there are nights where you are required to work late. Although stated in the room information booklet that room service was available 24 hrs, I found that this was not the case and the kitchen had closed by 9.30pm

Comfortable bed, good television channels and coffee/tea making equipment.

Cleaning in the bathroom! There was old talc powder up the side of the bath and the soap dish on the shower rod was filthy. We didn't complain as we didn't need to use the soap dish. Also, I did have to clean the seat of the toilet and the underneath of the hand basin was covered with old toothpaste! Suggestion is to talk to your cleaners!
