If cancelled up to 40 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 30 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 90 percent of all nights will be charged.
