What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
One child under 4 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in a baby cot.
One child from 4 to 14 years is charged EUR 10.00 per night in an extra bed.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 15.00 per night in an extra bed.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Cancellation Policy:
If cancelled or modified up to 8 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 1 day before date of arrival, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
