What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Wireless internet is available in the hotel rooms and costs EUR 10.00 per 24 hours.

Pets are not allowed.

Parking Policy:

Private parking is possible on site and costs EUR 10.00 per day.

Extra Charges Policy:

6 % VAT is included. Service charge is not applicable. 6 % city/tourist tax per room per night is not included.

Child Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 7 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All older children or adults are charged EUR 30.00 per night and person for extra beds. Baby cots are not available. Maximum capacity of total guests in a room is 3.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
