What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

If you need to cancel a booking please go to the Cancellation page. All you need to do is enter your email address - you will then be shown your current bookings. To cancel a booking follow the simple instructions. This will inform us of the cancellation, and send you a confirmation email. Please note a cancellation charge may apply, depending on how far in advance you make the cancellation.

Wired internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge.

Parking Policy:

Public parking is possible on site and costs PLN 9.90 per day.

Extra Charges Policy:

7 % VAT is included. Service charge is included. PLN 1.80 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included.

Child Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged PLN 62.70 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
