I enjoyed the hotel. Reception was very friendly and the building a great mix of old and new. If you can get a good deal, it's probably worth it for a short stay. People wishing to stay longer than 2/3 nights may find the lack of hotel facilities off-putting (99373626)

This was a nice relaxed hotel with a sizeable room for a city-centre hotel in a good location within easy walking distance of many attractions.

Some staff command of english was not good and bar snacks in the main lounge (restaurant is downstairs) would have been lovely

Correcto. No hay aparcamiento, pero sí uno muy cercano en la Plaza Jacinto Benavente.

Quizás funcionamiento de la cafetería a lo largo de la mañana.

clean and comfortable

The Hotel was very clean and nicely decorated, centrally located which was a great asset as everything was close by. The staff were friendly and efficient and apart from a couple of minor issues we enjoyed our overall stay. (99803672)

Central Location, friendly staff, clean..

Temperature in room was a little too hot, was unable to adjust thermostat for cooler air therefore found room a little unbearable at times. Restaurant had a limited menu, would have preferred bigger choice.
