Hotel Lisbona

Good location not far from S. Marco and vaporetto. Bed was comfortable, but room was too small. We didn't like the walk-up. (107590976)

Staff was excellent in every way. Very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Luggage was carried up to third floor for us.

Room was SMALL! Walls only two feet from bed on all sides. No lift! Three-story walk-up was very difficult. Very expensive for the size of the room, but probably not out of line for Venice.

Location, interiors of the hotel, room view and breakfast.

This hotel was good value for money being very central and close to all the maine points of interest in Venice. Although small the hotel was very tastefully decorated and clean and really was all you needed as a base for sightseeing. The only downside - if you could call it that - was the fact that the hotel was right next to a canal and a boarding point for Gondolas, which was a little noisy at times right upto late evening (11pm). Then again you could say that it added to the overall atmosphere of the place. (99530215)

Our room was a little on the small side.

The place was lovely and the sevice very good and pleasant. I thought the price was a bit high, but I have no means of judging how it compares to hotels of comparable quality in Venice. The lack of wireless was a bit of a problem, but it did not interfer with the main aim which was walikgn through Venice. All in all I would recommend the hotel. (99091656)

The location was perfect, close to San Marco Square, convenient to a vaporetta stop, and tucked between 5 star hotels on the Grand Canal. The staff members were efficienct, friendly, and helpful. The decor was rose brocade perfectly faded and Venetian. The breakfast was above average with great juices.

The shower did not drain well. Could not work the TV (but didn't really need it).

a lovley hotel that is close to St Marks, a little difficult to find at first, buts its location close to a gondala station adds to its charm. The breakfast was well presented and just what you would expect in a hotel of this type. The breakfast room is a little small and you may have to wait for a table to become free. overall this is an excellent hotel and I would recomend it at any able bodied person (41 steps to the 2nd floor and no lift) over a 3 night stay we walked over 26 miles so do bring comfortable shoes.
