We had a very warm welcome, excellent booking-in procedure, good tour of the hotel and room. The food was excellent, not tiny nouvell cusine and not dustbin lids.The staff were exceptionally friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

THE ROOMS ARE VERY SMALL WITH TINY WINDOWS.... OK FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY. NO LONGER... ALSO THE RADITORS IN MY ROOM KEPT SQUEAKING AND CLUNKING ALL NIGHT AND IT KEPT ME AWAKE FOR ALONG WHILE.... I DID BRING IT TO THE ATTENTION OF THE MANAGER THE NEXT DAY

Evening meal in the restaurant was delicious and Breakfast was excellent- plenty of choice and really tasty.Having wireless internet all over the hotel was a bonus. The staff were most professional and couteous.

Set menu for the evening meal was pricey, as i had vegetarian choices I feel that these options should be reduced in price.

Given that we were thre for a funeral - the gathering for which, the hotel handled very well - our overnight stay was very enjoyable. (107471495)

I thought this was a really lovely place to stay, the room was beyond our expectations and the staff went out of their way to help us. They even took my bags up to my room for me after letting me check in early. They brought our breakfast up to our room for us and provided us with everything we needed. (107637331)

The hotel room was a good size and had everything you needed. The breakfast service was great and the food was nice and fresh. The hotel was a really nice place to stay and we felt really welcome by all the staff. The bathroom was lovely and clean and well deocrated. The tv was really nice and the channel selection was great!

There was some noisy cleaning going on when we were trying to sleep but no other bad points.

Good size room breakfast to 9.30am. Breakfast was lovely a good selection if you wanted something lighter. The food in the eveing was excellent and three courses for £23.90 was good value. Tim was very entertaining.

Lovely room with luxurious bathroom. Food in restaurant for both breakfast and evening meal was excellent if a little expensive. Staff were very friendly.

If using a GPS to navigate to the hotel it takes you down a single lane track; just follow the A road and you get there a few minutes later. Room felt overlooked so kept the blind down in the bathroom.
