Very good. Visited London for an event and a day of sightseeing in the City.
(108291099)

Easy booking and check-in. Good, clean room with en-suite. Helpful, cheerful personnel. Nice bar. Good breakfast.

Bedroom was cold in the morning. Central heating didn't work. Not a major problem, just a bit irritating.
Robert from Leicester, GB (Mature couple) 15 December 2009
Was an ideal stopover for a gig at the Wembley arena, only a 30 minute walk or for the less energetic the number 18 bus runs frequently, Hotel was very clean and the staff were superb, would definitely stay again.....
(108991571)

Freindly helpful staff, cleanliness of room and good food

If i had to be picky then it would be the length of time it took the hot water to come through for a decent shower
David from Bury, GB (Group of work colleagues) 28 October 2009

badly organised ... noisy facilitiess.........bad food.........bad decor........do not waste your money look elsewhere......NO HOT WATER.........
(108564118)

I would like to complain about my stay in this disgusting hotel. Our stay was on Saturday 19Th Sept and.we paid 75 pounds to stay here....I had no hot water in my room so l had to have a strip wash and was unable to wash my hair (which l don't even do at music festival), neither did my husband. The pipes are very noisy and every time someone had a shower or went to the toilet they creaked and shook...Breakfast was disgusting the food was dry no taste and everything was over cooked,,, cheap juices..... dirty tables staff were also unfriendly and not at all helpful.... Your male member of staff had no idea how to deal with customers and we was asked to wait whilst he dealt with other customers when he was already dealing with us....you state that you have redecorated and refurbished the hotel... l fail to see where.....your delegated smoking area was in disrepair with no seating area it was dirty,,,cigarettes butts everywhere,,,,,if l had of had time to find somewhere else l would have done,,,,unfortunately this experience dampened my trip to London for a concert...your pictures/photos are very misleading.... l didn't see anything that even represented the rooms that we stayed in....which was B3,,,and l fail to see how you have got 3 stars,,, l will be enquiring as to how you have got these,,,, l will never be using your premises and will make sure no one else does that l know,,,,,,i would be grateful if you could explain to me as to how you justify your rates and how you are going to compensate me for my stay...l expect a full explanation and hope you will contact me via email this week......a very disgruntled customer...

Room was not prepared before our arrival even though we booked online and received email confirmation. Had to wait 30 minutes after hours of driving from Manchester and being stuck in the frustrating London traffic for 2 hours.
Friendly and helpful staff though, but hotel internal facilities and structures need urgent improvement. Having spent £130.00 for two nights compared to £120 I spent at Corpthorne hotel afterwards in Birmingham which has superior facilities, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for value for his or her hard earned money.
(108536189)

packing facility
Room fridge

Internal structure and facilities of the hotel needs upgrading
secondary exit door is jammed
insufficient breakfast options for those not interested in English breakfast
Shane from Jersey, AF (Group of work colleagues) 03 August 2009
Apart from the above, Good Hotel, Good price, Good location
(108428383)

Overall very good stay.
Would use Hotel again for similar events.
Kitchen/Bar staff very good

When I booked there was 2 Pool Tables shown on Web site.
When we arrived there was 1.
When my Father in Law and myself were play ,Two men took the last one away apparently due to local trouble with teenagers, so we were last to play.
Please update the web site.

Very helpful and knowledgable receptionist. Good breakfast

Being woken up at 2:00 am by dragging of furniture in the bar area immediately above our room which went on for half an hour. Also as 2 women on their own, we did not feel secure as on basement level with window that we dare not open on a very hot night - no air conditioning. For the price charged, we would have felt happier in a Travel Lodge or similar at a much cheaper price.

Stayed for just 1 night for the England v Andorra game, would definatly stay again. Would strongly advise that if you are visiting the stadium for an evening game or concert to order a cab and have it waitng for you, the walk back to the hotel is about 30-45 mins. The number 18 bus takes you straight to the ground and is about every 5 mins, but getting one back was impossible. The tube strikes were also taking place so tube would have been an option.
(107884185)

We stayed in a family room for 4, and was very happy with our stay. After reading some reviews on other websites from last year we were slightly concerned. However, it seems that this hotel has had a slight turnaround, new ownership maybe. Because it was outstandingly clean, has a nice bar area and the food was great and very good value.

Only 1 bad point, the bar was right next to our bedroom and stayed open long after 11pm and the lads were outside smoking and being very loud. But no fault of the hotels i guess.

Staff were very helpfull and always keen to assist if needed and had a great local knoledge of the area.

a lot of door banging seemed to go on late at night /early morning
Lee from Coxbench, GB (Solo business traveller) 16 November 2008
Was ok but rate not reflected by conditions in room and there are cheaper hotels everywhere with better rooms/showers. Wouldn't stay again at same rate - £57
(107623879)

Staff were excellent

Had to rub shower for ten minutes to get hot water. Holder for shower head loose - fixed it myself because impossible to have shower otherwise! Window (ground floor) was sticky and wouldn't lock once it had been opened

Room in basement under pub and had too much noise.
room was very claustrophobic due to being in basement.

Location was good for the new Wembley Stadium

Our room was a dingy, dark room down 2 flights of stairs. Only a small window to let daylight through and it backed on to the pub garden so very noisy.

The hotel was okay for a short stay but was rather overpriced for the very basic facilities.
(97494014)

The room was clean and comfortable if rather basic.

The Hotel was rather shabby and needed updating. It certainly did not look like the picture of it on the Internet. There was a very musty smell in the hotel. The breakfast was only lukewarm and had obviously been prepared much earlier.

Friendly staff, ease of check-in, generally clean, breakfast ok.

Shower head had no wall attachment, heating and hot water in bathroom temperamental, no lock on bathroom door, some light bulbs blown, thin duvet and single thin pillow on each bed. Location of room was below ground level, so no view.

Overall I found my stay at Bridge Park pleasant. Food was of good quality and staff dealt with queries quickly and proffessionally.
(97960872)

Good size room. Friendly staff. Good value bar food. Convenient location.

Bathroom was freezing!- Heated towel rail did not work. Cleaning staff did not bring clean cups and saucers in the morning- they left my used ones there. Decor was slightly dated.
kevin from STOKE-ON-TRENT, GB (Solo business traveller) 04 February 2008

Anonymous (Family with young children) 10 December 2007
The hotel although clean and beds comfortable appears very shabby, moreso than on the photo. I tend to think that they reach the three stars due to the breakfast and the cleaniness of the beds. the hotel for the night was adequate although I will probably stay elsewhere next time.
(97040954)

Staff were helpful although there was a clear lack of understanding of the English language. The room was clean and the beds clean and comfortable. Breakfast is full english and well worth getting up for.

room was in the basement, Shower slow and shower curtain needs to be replaced, growing things. Whole hotel needs to be either mordenised or redecorated.
