negative comments The room seemed a bit hot at night. Limited TV channels would bore kids very quickly!

I was glad that we had hired a car because the hotel was quite a way from Galway and although aceessible by bus, the buses did not run to a timetable but turned up about every half hour. (3304336249)

positive comments Very clean and attractively furnished. Restaurant served a good breakfast and high quality evening meal.
negative comments Nothing

Very pleased with the booking procedures and our stay at the hotel. (3304213224)

positive comments Family room was a generous size and very quiet - ideal for young children.
negative comments Only a very minor criticism - decor slightly dated. But it did not detract from the enjoyment.

This hoels cleanliness was very poor. In the bedroom there was a large damp patch on the carpet, in front on the fridge. The bathroom had patches of Mildew. Breakfast was a farce, as there were 2 coach parties staying, there was not enough room for everybody in the Dining room.I had previously informed staff that I had to leave early for business, which didn't happen as I had to wait a long time to have a very rushed coninental breakfast. I would never stay in this hotel again, especially as a single female travelling for business. (3304888611)

positive comments The location
negative comments The hotel was not very clean

We found our room very clean and comfortable, check in staff very professional and friendly. The food at both breakfast and dinner was of a high standard. On the down side, waitresses at dinner and breakfast were both rude and unproffesional, the waiters were very obviously not trained but were pleasant and helpful. The restaraunt was very small only slightly bigger than our room yet close to forty people were cramed into it. In my opinion if you're looking for a romantic weekend you better look else where, but if you're just looking for a place to rest your head it is fine. (3304596634)

positive comments Comfortable room
negative comments Staff were on many occasions quite rude
