Room was too cold, Shower didn't work properly, no lift so I had to carry all my luggage 3 floors, breakfast was a sham - hardly anything was served.

Awful! My room was apparently 'en-suite' because no-one else would be likely to use that bathroom (up stairs and across the hall!). I had an argument about leaving the room card at reception if I went out as I had waited at an unattended reception for 10 mins with room keys in easy reach. Continental breakfast consisted of rice krispies or cornflakes and white toast with an urn of hot water to add to the sachets for a tea or coffee. I'm used to staying in truckstops, so I'm not precious about where I stay, but this was disgraceful! (108140259)

The rooms were adequate for a London trip where you don't spend a great deal of time in them. Ideal for transport links and handy for amenities.

The room at the front of the hotel was virtually impossible to sleep in because of traffic noise and loud revellers passing. The rooms also have very creaky floorboards, so there is constant disturbance from guests walking around in rooms above.

International conversion tool for UK electrical outlets present. The sink, bathtub and toilet was clean and fresh, and the bed had clean sheets. Short walking distance to Clapham South Underground station and Clapham Common Park.

The room looked like it was in dire need of a vacuum cleaner and the bathroom floor looked not clean at all. The TV channel package and reception quality wasn't optimal. Some light bulbs were out of order.

Bathroom was rather dirty looking, didn't fancy showering. Receptionist could not multi task, watching one guest fill in his details while we stood waiting, acknowledged us but could have given us our check in form to be completing, rather than us just standing there. Telephone in our room did not work so letting us know our taxi had arrived was more effort than it should have been.

Good Location

The hotel states all rooms were en-suite but infact the bathroom is outside you our room and other people were using it ,when I woke up the next the the toilet was disgusting had stools sprayed around the toilet bowl disgusting!!! Never Again.

After seeing that the hotel was not at all worth the money we paid to stay there, we called to book a different hotel for the next night. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone or consider staying there ever again. (107217090)

The reception gave us our money back for the second night when we were unhappy with our room.

The hotel was under construction and we did not have any warning. One of the steps we had to walk up was completely missing. The floor looked as if it had not been cleaned in ages, the hot water did not work in the bathroom, and overall the room felt very dirty.

No Toiletbrush at the bathroom, and no cleaning after our first, and second night. Locker in the bahtroom was very dirty when we arrived. To few toasters for breakfast toasting. Waiting about 15 minutes to get our toasts ready.No diabetes-products.

Location, running hot water

Check-in staff unfriendly, no lighting outside room (8104) and had to feel my way to the door lock (Health & Safety!!), grubby room. Also, went for breakfast at 8.15. Three people chatting behind counter. I get to front of queue for toast and i'm told that they have run out of bread and someone has gone to buy more. How does a hotel, only offering toast and cereals for breakfast, allow the bread to run out at 8.15? A disgrace.

The room was extremely small and very dated. Everything provided(e.g. towels,soap,etc.) were the minimal amount. While the price was very reasonable I would honestly not recommend this hotel to any of my friends (107908620)

When checking in we were practically ignored due to a group having an arguement with them over a cot being booked and not avialable (so now where else to go with very young baby. Asked for my credit card which I said I would sign and collect on my way out for the evening as they were busy with these other guests. They persistantly called the room when I was getting ready asking me to go down and sign. There was no hot water available until 7pm and only a trickle and only one towel for two guests!
