Maxim Restaurant serves healthy Cretan cuisine as well as Greek and international cuisine. Dinner is served from 22/4/09 until 31/10/09. Between 22/4/09 and 15/6/09, dinner is served in the à la carte resturant with a fixed weekly menu. Between 16/6/09 and 30/09/09, dinner is a self-service buffet in a separate dining room.
