  • Verona Brescia Airport (18.16 km) - (VBS) Located halfway between the two, Brescia airport serves both the cities of Brescia and Verona.

  • Brescia Castle (25.8 km) - Stately Brescia Castle is an impressive combination of towers, ramparts, drawbridges and underground passages. Extremely well-preserved, the 13th century turreted castle is surrounded on three sides by Lake Garda. As well as exploring the inside, you can climb the tower and savour the fantastic views across the lake and the town of Sirmione.

  • Claudio Lana Professional Surf Center (4.64 km) - If you fancy learning windsurfing, kitesurfing or kayaking, the Claudio Lana Professional Surf Center in Sirmione is the place for you. Claudio offers beginners courses for both children and adults on beautiful Lake Garda from April to October.

  • Navigazione Lago di Garda boat trips (0.11 km) - The best way to view the stunning scenery of Lake Garda is from a boat. Navigazione Lago di Garda runs a ferry from Desenzano all the way to Riva del Garda on the north shore, stopping at various locations along the way. With a return ticket, you could stay on for the whole trip, or spend a day exploring a different Garda resort.

  • Canevaworld (15.36 km) - Lazise sul Garda’s Canevaworld, made up of Movie Studios Park and Aqua Paradise Park, has something for everyone. At the Movie Studios you can choose from the Studio Tour, Horror House and the X-City rollercoasters. Then you can take time out at Relax Island at the Aqua Paradise Park or go on one of the hair-raising waterslides. Canevaworld also has two themed restaurants: Medieval Times and Rock Star Cafe.   • Gardaland (17.27 km) - As the largest amusement park in Italy, Gardaland (located at Castelnuovo sul Garda) is extremely popular with families. With white-knuckle rides to satisfy the thrill-seekers and tamer rides for the weaker of stomach, there is something for all the family at Gardaland. The amusement park also boasts a variety of shows and plenty of food establishments.

  • Parco Natura Viva (19.81 km) - The Parco Natura Viva near Lake Garda is a must for animal lovers. The park focuses on species in danger of extinction and houses hippos, snow leopards and European lynxes, amongst others. There is also a safari park with animals from the African savannah, a dinosaur trail and a plant trail.
