The hotel is situated in the resort area of Brno with fantastic access to all of the areas recreational activities, from sailing to fishing to hiking. Just 20 minutes from the town centre, there is a tram stop just 150 metres from the hotel offering easy access to Brno itself.

The hotel has its own outdoor tennis court, as well as seminar, conference and meeting rooms.

From April 2007 the hotel has its own wellness centre with indoor swimming pool, whirlpool, steam bath, sauna and massage.
