In the hotel's cosy restaurant you can enjoy regional and international specialities. Traditional meat dishes include "Tiroler Rostbraten" (roast) and "gebratener Berglammrücken" (lamb). We prepare the house special "Tiroler Zopfbraten mit Spinatknödel" according to an original recipe by the famous Philippine Welser, which dates from 1560. The restaurant is open from 11:30 until 14:00 and 18:00 until 22:30 7 days a week.
