It is also worth having a look inside Sant'Eustorgio, where some of the bones of the Magi are kept.
- Columns of San Lorenzo (4.57 km) - The modern day location of the Milanese Columns of San Lorenzo, (in front of the Church of San Lorenzo), is not actually where they were originally erected. The 2nd century AD Roman columns were recovered from their original site in the 4th century and relocated in Milan's popular Ticinese district. At night, the immediate vicinity of the Columns of San Lorenzo is brimming with young people, who congregate here before going on to one of the districts' numerous bars and restaurants.
- Bagatti-Valsecchi Museum (4.55 km) - Milan's Bagatti Valsecchi Museum is the extremely well-preserved 19th century residence of the Bagatti Valsecchi family. Located just north of the city centre in the Milan fashion district, the private collection contains furniture and art works from both the 19th century and the Renaissance. Among the elaborately decorated rooms, the Bevilacqua and Fresco Rooms stand out for their intricately sculptured decor.
