The hotel's cuisine specialises more and more in regional dishes from Eifel, the Ardennes and the Our Valley. Come and enjoy the delicious cooking and the wines' cellar. Patisserie and cakes are prepared by Walter Daufer. Marita Daufer-Baesch, prepares many delicious dishes from her grand mother's book of recipes, but still includes many traditional French and Belgium dishes. The restaurant has been brightened up to celebrate our jubilee. The gastronomic weekends are ever so popular from the end of the summer until December.
