Deposit Policy:

50 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.

Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and costs ZAR 30.00 per hour.

Free private parking is possible on site.

Child Policy:

All children are welcome. One child under 2 years is charged ZAR 80.00 per night and person in a baby cot. One child from 3 to 12 years is charged ZAR 150.00 per night when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note, if cancelled, 5 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 22 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
