We offer conveniently-located, comfortable accommodation, all non-smoking.

A modern, detached, no-smoking guest house residence, built in the early 1980s, in a tree-lined side-street, a short walk from York's old centre, with private car parking and garaging for cycles and motorbikes. We are situated just off the main York to Hull road (a1079), close to York University and Business Science Park and the Barbican Leisure Centre. Quiet dogs are welcome by arrangement. All rooms are non-smoking. Rates include full-choice breakfast cooked-to-order. Saturday night-only bookings are not available. Note that the latest check-in is 21:00.
