Directions

From Marco Polo airport
with a private water taxi, which leaves from the pier ( about 10 minutes walk from the exit ) and travels directly (tide permitting) to our dock at the back of the hotel (always better to agree the fare prior to embarking) in about 30 minutes.
Taking the alilaguna shuttle service ( about 10 minutes walk from the exit ) which also travels from the airport pier and reaches ST. Mark's in about 60 minutes. From there it is a 300 metres walk to via xxii marzo, where we are.
Assisted transfer is also available; just get in touch with our concierge at least 24 hours before your arrival. He will be pleased to give you all information about cost and details. This transfer has to be paid cashonly directly to the concierge upon arrival or departure.

From Piazzale Roma (car terminal)
by private Taxi-Boat, 20 minutes about. Tide permitting directly to our private dock; take only authorized taxi, which can be recognized by a yellow stripe and a license number painted on the sides of the boat. Agree upon a fare before embarking.
Using the public Water-Bus (vaporetto) lines 1 or 82; stop ST. Mark's (calle vallaresso) at about 300 metres walk from the hotel. The trip takes about 40 minutes and the cost of the ticket is approximately 6,00 euro per person.
