Smart city hostel Edinburgh is situated just off Edinburgh's historic Royal Mile and a few minute's stroll from both Waverley Railway Station and the Airport Bus terminal.

The Airlink, number 100 bus from the airport to the city centre, drops off at Waverley Bridge, Smart City Hostel is a few minutes walk. The journey takes approximately 20-30 minutes and a ticket will cost you 3.00 GBP for a single and 5.00 GBP for a return ticket.

From Waverley Train Station
- exit Waverley station using the Market Street exit
- turn to your left, crossing the road and go up the Scotsman steps
- at the top of the steps, turn right into North Bridge and walk a few meters until you reach the High Street (also known as Royal Mile)
- turn left into the High Street
- at the Radisson Hotel turn right down Blackfriars Street
- Smart City Hostel is located on the Right Hand side at the foot of Blackfriars Street
