The hotel was modern and clean.

The second double bed in the room was inadequate. When booking it should be clear that the second bed is not a proper bed, but an uncomfortable, undersized fold out bed. The room was sold as a family room suitable for 4 adults and we found this was not the case.

The hotel was very good in terms of cleanliness and value for money. The breakfast selection of bread, cheese and cold meats was excellent. The only slightly negative point was the lack of good bars and restaurants in the immediate neighbourhood. (97774289)

I did not get a non-smoker room in spite of the fact I requested it.

the quad rooms are only suitable for a family with young children.there was no space for suite cases or enough space for clothes or belongings.very very small compact room. (99219895)

had to change rooms after 1 night.the quad rooms we booked were tiny.2 of the beds in each room were only suitable for children.they were more like put me up beds.

Location Ideal for visiting city and Oktoberfest. Easy walking distance of train station. Location a little seedy with kebab shops and sex shows as close neighbours. I would like to have known to ask for a room off of the street and if they had air conditioning. When it is 95 degrees F it is difficult to sleep. I would choose the motel again but ask for a room off of the street. (99165297)

The room was clean and comfortable. Small according to US standards. The breakfast was wonderful.

It was very hot in our room. It was on the front of the hotel and the street noise was a nuisance keeping us awake along with the heat.

The hotel is in a great location, only 2 blocks from the central station and a 10 minute walk from the main tourist area. The hotel is very clean because it is so new. I drove to Munich, so parking was an issue. This hotel has a deal with the best western Cristal around the corner. It costs 10 Euros to park your car. If you plan on keeping your car in the parking garage for the whole trip then it is worth it. If you plan on using your car a lot it could get quite expensive. The price of the rooms was very resonable. (99471497)

The hotel was brand new, so everything was really clean. The front desk staff was very helpful.

I felt a little uneasy with the front desk people not looking up when guest entered. I felt that anyone could walk off the street and get up to the guest rooms.
