Neat room, nicely renewed Friendly personal very good breakfast

This was a great hotel, we came by train, so perhaps clear details on the trains to connect with and the changes in stations would have been great, but the hotel, more than made up for this slight problem. It was lovely, we were greated in a very friendly manner, the staff were just teriffic, and sooo friendly! always with a smile, nothing to much ever. If you have only a night or two in Frankfurt, you could not go wrong here! (97553412)

A delightful stay can be had at this hotel. Extremely comfortable bed, not only very clean, but even smelt fresh, was absolutely brilliant!

the pillows! sorry, with a bad back a good pillow is necessary, and euro pillows aren't great but the bed was brilliant!
