The hotel was in a premium location, with restaurants, bakeries and the Dom right outside the door. The staff was friendly and breakfast was outstanding. They should fix the hot water, so it is actually hot, not just lukewarm. Good hotel for an overnighter. (97611480)

The location to the Main Train Station, the Koln Dom and downtown area can't be beat. It is within walking distance to all of the above. Most of the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was more than expected for the price.

My single room was quite small, but was fine for one night. The hot water was barely warm enough for a shower, and the shower dripped.

it would have been better if the hotel had informed that they have elevator facility only in one part of the hotel, if the room is given with this facilkity then it is worth staying (97777801)

Lifts do not serve the whole building. I got the impression accommodation was cramped. We had to walk to taxi rank. We got reasonable service eventually, but we had to argue for it.

Hotel is right round the corner from the Dom, shopping centre and bars - ideal! Hotel very clean, towels changed everyday etc. Reception staff very efficient and friendly. We were allowed into room before it had been cleaned on arrival date to drop our bags off, were informed it hadn't been cleaned yet but wasn't a problem as had been informed and was relieved to get rid of bags! Breakfast very nice, hot and fresh. Minibar was not overpriced which was pleasant suprise. (99469094)
