Well located. Good price. Free parking helped too. Shame that some staff weren't up to scratch.

Impressive breakfast. Liked decor of dining room, also the bar. Plenty of space. Room fine

Some bar staff less than adequate - for instance when ordering a drink, its delivery was much delayed, indeed another customer was served while we waited. Dining room staff casual, trying to take milk away when still wanted; not ensuring cups and cutlery were in place.

The hotel is ideally situated in Dublin. Parking was complimetary which is good although you had to ask for this facility. The main reception areas need to be maintained better, The rooms were very nicely furnished and clean

Hotel is well equipped and clean. Location is great.

The hotel staff is simple pathetic. Due to the nature of my work, I live out of hotels regularly. And I can say without a doubt, the (night) staff at Burlington is by far the rudest and unhelpful I have ever encountered. Never again will I stay there again.

The map on the website with directions by car from the airport are not accurate. The room was not ready when we arrived at 3.00 but the cleaners tried to clean our room at 7.30 and again at 8.30 banging on the door. The reception would need more staff - very busy all the time

Great hotel. Great organisation. Everybody and everything was in great working condition. And I loved the ginger biscuits they had in my room - almost went to ask for more!
