We paid a lot of money for this horrifying experience,no safety at all, the room door cannot be closed, and get stoked, no telephone,dirty,no mantenance at all, rooms with 9 numbered beds...etc etc, absolutly not recomended.... (107253357)

never in our life have been in a hotel so horrifying .... amazing how they can sell such destroyed and expensive rooms, the doors cannot be opened (get stock)the lock wont even close, holes in the bathroom doors. awfull cleanes. Not recomended at all.

More like a hostel than a hotel. No photos on web of our 6 bed room with good reason. Tired and worn decor througout. Way overpriced for what we experienced so glad was only one night to endure. (107202646)

Within 10 mins walk of station

Room was not checked/cleaned properly.Had to ask for two lights to be fixed on arrival. Buffet breakfast was not kept topped up with sufficient food in my view. Had to ask for cups and the like also. Just very poor all round.

Staff tryed to help me, was polite, but there was poor organization of all check in process.

Then I arrived receptionist told me that there was a water leakage in my room. There was a suggestion to live in one roome with my colleage (male). Finally after debates there was available normal room for me. I suppose that thay could inform me about this situation earlier because there was my phone number and e-mail address in reservarion information. Door locks are inoperative - it was very difficult to open it in my room, and my colleage was locked in his own room also. Room was cold- no heating.

The hotel is great value for money. It is clean and simple, the rooms are large and we had a great view. The no-smoking policy is excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly. (99828989)

The hotel was very central and easily accessible by foot from Central Station. The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating.

This hotel is in the center of Amsterdam It's the only positive point I see to describe it. The room wasn't really clean, the walls dirty and were stained. On the lamp of the bathroom, it missed the bracket... The rooms are badly insulated and thus noisy, etc... I'm disapointed and can't recommend this hotel. (99877775)
