Residence Maia Volcani is a restored 1930s villa situated in charming lemon groves which look out over the sea. The apartments are 15 kilometres from Catania.

Set in a pretty little fishing village, Santa Tecla, the Maia Volcani offers 6 well-equipped apartments. All apartments have beautiful sea views.

The sea, where you will find both public and private beaches, is just a short walk from your apartment (150 metres) and there are also tennis courts just around the corner. Restaurants, shops and cafés can be found 5 minutes’ walk away in the town centre.
