20 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable. 80 percent of the total amount will be charged at least 20 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Parking Policy:

Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 25.00 per day.

Extra Charges Policy:

VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable.

Child Policy:

All children are welcome. All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All older children or adults are charged EUR 50.00 per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled or modified up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
