The Residenza B&B has five fully furnished bedrooms, each with its own electronic key, satellite television, telephone/internet, clock radio, air conditioning, regulating lights and en-suite bathroom. Each room is named and characterized by its own specific colour. The elegant, polished fittings and light, relaxing colours help to ensure our guests enjoy a relaxing and peaceful night’s rest. Residenza Il Maggio B&B is situated opposite the Comunale Theatre, 10 minutes walk from Central Station.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
