The hotel’s gourmet cuisine is renowned throughout Saxony-Anhalt. The Chef de cuisine, Joerg Behrend, successfully combines traditional French cuisine with fresh herbs and regional products.

The Wintergarten restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner, together with a wonderful view of the trout-filled lake.

The gourmet restaurant, Forellenstube, has been awarded one star by the Michelin Guide, and provides an exclusive atmosphere for dining in the evening.

During fine weather, you may also dine on the lakeside terrace.

The hotel also offers a café, where freshly baked cakes and delicious pastries are served.

VAT is included. Service charge is included. EUR 1.00 city/tourist tax per person per night is not included. EUR 0.50 city/tourist tax per person between 6 and 15 years per night is not included.

All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots. All children under 16 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds. All older children or adults are charged 100 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds. Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, 80 percent of the first night will be charged.
