L3 Living @ The Tower Building

Close to Liverpool’s beautiful and historic waterfront, these apartments have been carefully restored to offer all modern comforts whilst retaining their original Edwardian architecture, with high ceilings and sash windows.

The Tower Building was designed by Aubrey Thomas, who is also responsible for the world famous Liver Buildings. Each spacious apartment is designed to offer a comfortable living space for both long and short stays. They all feature a range of high-tech facilities, including stereo systems, digital SKY TV and Wi-Fi.

During your stay at L3 Living @ The Tower you can explore the wonderful surroundings. Liverpool, the European Capital of Culture 2008, is home to a number of attractions, including the Albert Dock, the Liver Buildings and the Tate Liverpool. Beatles fans can also explore the band’s heritage.

All children are welcome. Extra beds are not available. There is no capacity for cots in the room.

Cancellation Policy:

If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later, the first night will be charged. In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
