All reservations are made in accordance with City Centre Chic's standard terms and conditions of sale. City Centre Chic primarily caters for corporate guests and city visitors. It does not tolerate parties, stag or hen nights or weekend revellers and all apartments are made available on a strict ‘per person’ basis. Additional persons attempting to visit the apartment, other than on a corporate basis, will not be granted access.

City Centre Chic retains the right to impose a GBP 50 surcharge for cleaning services if the apartment has been left in, what is considered to be, an ‘unacceptable state of cleanliness’. This charge shall be imposed at the company's discretion.

Children under the age of 16 years may be allowed by prior arrangement.

City Centre Chic carry out a thorough security check and credit/debit card pre-authorisation prior to arrival. If false information has been given, or the security check is returned as 'high risk' for any reason, the company reserves the right to impose their standard non-cancellation charges, even though you may not be granted access to the property.

Payment and handling fee:
Upon receipt of your booking confirmation, a pre-authorisation for the full value of the booking will be implemented. The debit/credit card will then be debited with the full amount plus any additional items upon your departure. All credit card transactions may be subject to a 3% handling fee and debit cards subject to a 1.5% handling fee over and above the published rate.

City Centre Chic reserves the right to deny access to any properties within their portfolio at their discretion. A full itinerary, a map with comprehensive directions and confirmation of the booking will be provided via e-mail upon receipt of the booking from Booking.com.
