During the periods specified below, cancellations must be made at least 2 weeks before the date of arrival. In the event of a no-show, change or later cancellation in breach of this policy, the hotel will charge an amount equivalent to 100% of the total cost of the booking as cancellation or no-show charge. All periods are inclusive of start and finish dates.

Group Bookings:
Please note that if you are a group of 8 or more people, you will be asked to pay the remaining balance as a group (not individually) and leave a GBP 25 security bond, per person, on arrival.
This bond will be only be returned on departure after an inspection of the room/s by a hotel staff member. Please note that you should allow time for your room to be checked on departure, as this can take up to 15 minutes.
If the hotel requires any damages to be inspected by the owner, bonds will be kept and returned to you at a later date, once a price has been determined for the damage.
Upon arrival at the hotel your group will be asked to read through an introduction letter which lists potential damage and penalty charges, which includes disturbance of other residents.
